The Villevert site, located close to the A13 freeway in the commune of Louveciennes, is a former NATO site purchased by the Unibail-Rodamco Group to create a new-generation family and residential shopping center.
The project’s ambition is to create an intelligent mix of functions, with the aim of reinforcing the local balance, including: shops, leisure facilities and restaurants to complete the customer offer; offices, business premises in the spirit of a campus, and departmental facilities.
The Brenac & Gonzalez & Associés agency has also developed a proposal for more than 350 housing units, including social housing in dedicated complexes (homes for the elderly and for students, known as intergenerational residences), social rental housing and social family housing for first-time buyers.
Innovative housing typologies have been developed to harmonize with the site’s landscaped density, based around small groups of stacked houses with large dual-aspect loggias, offering a different way of experiencing collective housing. At the edge of the woods, iconic villas complete this new housing offer.
