Placed in front of the glass railings or on the staggered crystal sliding panels (sometimes horizontal, sometimes vertical), these crisscrossing patterns are not unlike the patterns of Burburry tartans.

The building is in Issy-les-Moulineaux on a plot of land at the entrance to the city, along the railway tracks of the regional metro line.

This students residence stands across from the headquarters of the Bouygues Corporation designed by Christian de Portzamparc, inviting an architectural dialogue.
An inverted echo responds to Partzamparc’s rounded “stone” with its folding walls, a series of corners and broken lines creating alternating balconies and winter gardens.

This composition gives the building a certain dynamic and kinetics accentuated by the superimposition of etched patterns.
