Sport together
The sports facility is accessible from a generous, transparent facade that opens onto Place Gerty Archimède, with a hall that opens onto the gymnasium and distributes flows between the three programmatic entities: the gymnasium, the dojo and the staff.
Access to the gymnasium on the lower level is via a staircase opening onto the hall.
The dojo can be accessed directly from the back of the hall. Flows are divided, but there is a multitude of visual and spatial relationships between the different programs.
Each facility has its own premises and can operate independently, but it is also possible to share changing rooms and sanitary facilities for one or other of the halls if required.
The patio shared by the two halls brings natural light and a botanical presence to the existing buildings.
