development in this economic area of Grand Paris, within the <em>Porte d&#8217;Orly<\/em> eco-district.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Urban density requires access to light for all, which leads us to define the void as our shared urban heritage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We therefore propose to design this block around its core, paying particular attention to the shape of the interstitial space between the a block with a genuine interior landscape as a social link;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connect and weave with the context;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Playing with regulatory constraints to optimize apartment space;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Propose sober architecture that emphasizes details, windows and railings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow
