The Zen-like Maison des Services is located at the heart of the Lat\u00e9co\u00e8re tertiary campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Lat\u00e9co\u00e8re services house is a big pavilion in the park that surrounds the Lat\u00e9co\u00e8re company’s head offices. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Like tea houses, this modest place gives a strong signal grounded in <\/p>\n\n\n\n

its landscape. lndeed it shows the possible synergies between a high tech company like Lat\u00e9co\u00e8re and low tech design. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The choice of wood as the only building material assumes all the challenges inherent in this material: its technology, its specific assemblies and its aesthetics. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Beams, posts, floors, joists, terraces, cladding, walls, woodwork and canopy sing a hymn to its materiality. The two species used, larch and spruce, nuance the overall tone. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Frugal and resilient, this project is part of a low-carbon process that participates in the ecological transition that the Lat\u00e9co\u00e8re company, on its scale, adheres to.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
