The building houses several programs: the future headquarters of the Launay Group and a residence for young professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The transition between the programs is made through the void. Their ever-changing graphic play enlivens the urban boulevard.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"wp-block-image
