At the heart of the Meudon-Trivaux eco-district (92), requalifying and living in a dense city!<\/p>\n\n\n

Nature and culture were the themes chosen by the town to give this eco-neighborhood a family feel<\/em>, in resonance with the original town of Meudon-la-For\u00eat, and Fernand Pouillon’s neighboring buildings.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The project features a host of terraces and balconies, as well as generous rooftops, designed as genuine additional living spaces.
The apartments stand out from one another through their meticulous design and their living spaces punctuated by bay windows, to let in more light all year round. With their open-plan kitchens opening onto spacious living areas and judicious layouts, they offer practical yet welcoming interiors. High-quality materials and meticulous attention to detail ensure a long-lasting quality of life.
From studios to four-bedroom apartments, each features a private garden or outdoor space on the upper floors, making city living desirable.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

In keeping with this spirit, the Miroir d’\u00d4 residence is built around a large pond featuring a variety of plants, trees and lawns. The mature vegetation invites you to relax and enjoy a pleasant, aquatic-like lifestyle. Floating plants such as water lilies and water clover contribute to the pond’s natural balance, while also providing a verdant living environment, alongside flowers and plants that thrive in wetlands and on banks, such as rushes, grasses and Japanese irises.

In the foreground, the fa\u00e7ade is in local limestone from the Saint-Maximin quarries in the Oise region. The stone is both smooth and crusted detail inserted in the layout<\/em>. The fa\u00e7ade is punctuated by openings, some of which are hemmed in with large metal frames, breaking up the building’s linearity and offering greater comfort of use. In the background, the loggias are rendered in mineral colors, soberly echoing this architectural framework. Reflective tinted glazing enhances the intimacy of the loggias.<\/p>\n\n\n
